Lacrosse training for boys in grades 3-8. The training includes catching, passing/feeding, cradling, scooping, dodging, shooting, and defense. The intensity and the level of the skills training will be adapted to meet the skill level of the kids.

My name is Hallie Young and I’m a SFDS graduate (’05). I attended Convent of the Sacred Heart High School and I am now a freshman at UC Santa Cruz.
