SFDS Student Congress
SFDS Student Congress is organizing a holiday drive to support Bay Area Women’s and Children’s Center, which is run by former Day School Parent and trustee, Midge Wilson. The Day School has a long history with the Center. Many faculty and administrators consulted with Midge when the school was founded. Many of our associate teachers went on to serve as faculty members there. The Center also runs the Tenderloin Community School, where our fifth grade class does their service learning work.
How You Can Help:
The Center needs a variety of goods including toiletries, socks, and women’s clothing. No children’s clothes, please. Please drop off any donation in the boxes in Masonic Lobby.
The Student Congress thanks the Day School Community for it’s support of their efforts in assisting this very worthy cause.
