Kindergartners Discover Math Facts

This week in math lab, kindergartners worked with mathematical relationships of size and volume. Working with geoblocks, they discovered, among other facts, that four small cubes make a middle-sized cube and that four marbleized cubes make a large cube. Some discovered that two triangular blocks can also make a cube and that it takes 30 centimeter cubes to make one rectangular prism.
